Tourist tax included in the price.
Air conditioning - heating / cooling - is included in the price.
Baby cot and high chair free of charge.
Accomodation is free of charge for children up to the age of 2.
The entrance to the apartment after 15 hours, the exit from the apartment by 10 am.
For stays less than 4 days price is 30% higher. During high season minimal stay is 7 nights.
Accontation for the reservation is 30%. The rest of the price must be paid on the first day of arrival of the guest.
Canceling policy in COVID times !
Considering deposit rules, we have a basic rule to return deposit only in case borders are closed (borders in Croatia or in your country), because nobody can affect and change that situation OR you can use your deposit in the next 12 months depending on the available dates but deposit is not lost.
We don't know what other restrictions might be in your or other countries considering tests, their price or vaccination, so we can not make any obligation of refund in those cases.
If you would cancel later because of these reasons, we can make a deposit refund only in case we make a new reservation for a same or a similar period with new guests
We really hope things will be normal this year and there won't be any restrictions. We are also aware guests want to be careful.

Afther you came, settled in the apartment, registered and paid rest of the price refund is no longer possible for reasons like "wind, rain, beach, ..." .
